Please bring the following to each appointment (even if we recently saw you):
- List of all current medications and eye drops
- Any prescription glasses
- Your original insurance card(s) and ID
If your insurance has recently changed, or has changed since your last visit, please call the office right away so that we can determine your coverage.
If you are to have an injection, please plan to remain local for 4 days afterward so that we can monitor for and treat any possible infections. If you are unsure that you are scheduled for an injection, please call the office for details about your appointment.
Be prepared to stay 2-3 hours for your appointment.
Depending on the diagnosis, some appointments will require a longer stay.
Since both eyes will be dilated, we suggest having someone drive you home afterward.
Please note: A $50 No Show fee may apply for missed appointments. If you need to cancel an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid a No Show fee.
